I had the pleasure of touring 997 Terrace Hills Dr the other day. It’s a lovely Mid-century Modern home with all those lines they are famous for. This one is nested in the upper Avenues up against the trails of the foothills. It’s a lovely spot. The home has been modernized and it’s beautiful. As I walked through I especially appreciated their taste in light fixtures. From the many chandeliers to even the light above the amazing soaker tub - they are lovely. Take a look!
